I made the $16 Haflinger pump from SAV work. You have to remove the chrome bezel and enlarge the hole. I also had to get a check valve to make it work.

The check valve is from McMaster-Carr ($3.97).

Set-up works as well as the original for alot less coin.

McMaster-Carr part number is 6079T51, nylon check valve, 1/8" barbs.
