SOLD !: 1973 Pinz 710M

Post by pcolette »

The time has come to sell my first Pinzgauer 710M, model year 1973. Purchased in 2006 from Stauffer Classics in great condition and I’ve added many features since then. It has been well maintained and always stored indoors.

At some point prior to importation the Swiss Army returned it to the factory for upgrades and service since it has a later version engine.

Modifications, Additions, etc.:
-PinzSSI electronic ignition, Expedition Imports Gear Reduction starter, Tuff River insulated canvas top (front and cab divider) in toast tweed color, Tuff River rear Bimini top, sound deadening in cab, black powder coated wheels with Cooper tires (5), powder coated and re-upholstered rear bench seats, LED headlights and Pinz version 2 LED taillights, steel side rails, body professionally repainted in 2007, Eaton 24 to 12 volt converter, light bar w/led lights above windshield, LED side flood lights, tinted side glass, newer batteries, SS muffler, flex exhaust adapter, interior dimming rear view mirror, new indicator strip panel on dash, wiper blade adapters, 2” receiver hitch, factory warm air carb intake modification, replaced crankcase breather hoses, replaced heater & defroster hoses, replaced steering wheel with later version, new ABS door panels, Doetsch shock absorbers, canvas frames and other items powder-coated, laminated windshield installed, VDO gauges installed, Thilo Kass front wheel steps, custom front bumper, and much more.

Original misc. tools, jack, tow cable, etc. included.

Known Issues:
- the backrests of 2 of the rear bench seats need new foam installed. (foam is included)

So why am I selling it? I don’t drive it enough and I have a Swiss Army Puch 230GE that is easier to get in and out of and that I drive often.

Please private message me with any questions.

Looks good! With all the beat-up Pinzgauers out there it's nice to see one that is actually taken care of.
