Does this inc. the tube or just the tube brackets?

The 710k antenna brackets were intended to hold the remote antenna assemblies not tubes. If one wants tubes to fit these mounting brackets they are easy to make from PVC plumbing parts from your local hardware store (Home Depot / Lowes) and a rattle can of OD paint. :)
