Fascinating. Out of curiosity, what distinguishes it as from Holland and not the Netherlands in general, let alone other European countries, I can't see any significant markings on the plate... (Hope the OP appreciates the bumps)

More commonly refereed to as the "Netherlands" which inc. both provinces of Holland.
That plate is for 1973-1978.
