I've got two winches I'm listing. (These are for 12v systems)

NEW Superwinch 9500 Tiger Shark. I upgraded it with 85ft. of Warn Spydura 3/8 synthetic rope (18,000 lbs breaking) and extra heavy duty gusseted thimble from Westech Rigging. Comes with new remote and alum fairlead made for syn rope. $625 (About $950 if you buy this stuff retail)

Warn M8000. This is a rare early original M8000 in amazing condition and was 100% USA made! I've done a full tear-down, re-grease (using Aeroshell), upgrading hardware to stainless where appropriate, and I'm upgrading the solenoids to an Albright Contacter (it's $70 alone)! The internals are in perfect condition. It appears to have barely been used. The motor brushes look great! You can really tell the difference in how this was made compared to the newer, cheaper stuff. Will not come with cable but I can add steel or synthetic cable at your cost. I'm very tempted to keep this one myself and have never seen one quite like it but need the money. $550

I could also make a deal on a new Lodar wireless remote installed on either of these. (about a $200 add-on)

The Warn is done! Again it's a 12v model so not for a stock mil truck.

This winch is a piece of history in the 4x4 world. Warn was shocked I had this thing and were very curious about it. They hadn't seen one in years. Price went up with the new USA made 3/8" Dyneema rope. Let's make a deal!

FWIW Albright contactors are the de facto standard for industrial
strength motor reversing contactors.

I've tossed the controller heads that come with the Ramsey winches
and replaced them with the Albright style. Remotely mounted on the
passengers side of the air tunnel of a Pinz. Takes up less space and
way more reliable. Available in 12v and 24v.
