1974 710M for sale

I am thinking of selling my 1974 710M.
I have owned it for about 12 years and have had it serviced by a master mechanic in San Marcos CA who does full Rolls Royce and Jaguar restorations.
I have a back injury and parked it two years ago and I think its finally time to sell it as my back isn't getting better.
We put brand new tires on it and powder coated the rims black while changing out the tires. We had an upholster re do the back windows a few years back, we recovered the rear seats and added seat belts for each of the four bench seats as I would take my kids and friends out in it. We added the rubber side strips to replace the old wooden ones.
I have all the receipts from the mechanic as he did all the work on it.
It came with a large brush guard on the front bumper. We powdered coated it flat black.
It has the shovel and ax, never moved.
It is a solid truck and always ran very well.
I am not sure what to ask for it but again it has sat for two years but when I parked it, it ran perfectly.
I am just trying to see what people think its worth and would like it to go to a solid person who would use it.
I am located in San Diego county.
I tried to attach pictures but it keeps saying "file too large"..
The only issues with it are a leaky left axle seal which started to leak when I parked it and the top between the driver and passenger is a little frayed so water can come in, not a real issue in Souther California.
All it would need is address the rear seal, change the oil and the batteries and it should be as strong as I left it..
I have the clean CA title in hand and it is a solid truck which served me well.
If you want to see pics the quickest way to get me is matthewc66@yahoo.com.
If anyone knows what I am doing wrong in posting the pictures please let me know. I tried a few different pics and it just keeps rejecting them..
