Throwing up here to gauge what this might be worth. 82 712 Pinz’s starts and runs great. New front brakes, SSI, new tires and other stuff. Just needs a rear top. Has hard top for the front. Nothing wrong with it , want to get something else

If you can id post some pictures that might help. Unfortunately, cosmetics often dictate value in this market so I wouldn't be surprised if your truck ends up on the low end as far as market price given the canvas needs replacing. A new canvas might add more value than it costs imo.
