Looking to buy a halflinger

Post by jkslvr »

In Colorado, want a halflinger. All it has to do is run and not be a total rust bucket. Anyone have one?

Can you provide any details such as year, model, miles/kms, price as well as a source for photos? I am sure there are many who might be interested.

Take care.

I have a North American 1971 Haflinger that I would consider parting with. I don't need to sell, so I'm not looking to blow it out for a ridiculous price. It has been gone through by Jim LaGuardia (the local Steyr-Puch expert mechanic) and it has a few modifications such as custom exhaust and a unique Safari top as well as a Jeep bench seat mounted in the bed. I have a separate stock cab frame and new OD soft top that would convert it back to the pick-up truck type cab seen on the military vehicles. I also have some Fiat rims for it in both 13 and 14 inch widths.

Cheers,
Greg

We have a 1971 Pathfinder, Wy. titled, 820 original miles. Original tires, unused spare, new extra tractor tread tires, shovel and other misc. parts. Paint is good, no rust, heater that has issues, maybe needs new wires?? No dents or dings. I'm not an expert on these, but it looks pretty much original except for gun racks. Is stored in a barn that is totally snow in, as soon as I can dig it out and wash off the winter dust I'll try to get photos up.
