Are you not doing any more "expeditions" mate, or have you brought another vehicle?

How are you going to function without a Pinz??

Pinzgauer ownership has been great, the truck turned out to be so much more than I expected and has resulted in new friends, more travels and so many smiles and comments from people along the way. I bought the truck with an expedition to Iceland in mind, it has now done two trips to Iceland and many other places. Ownership has also given me the opportunity to show the truck at air shows and classic vehicle rallies. Now I have plans for more travels which do not need the off-road ability of the Pinzgauer but require something that can eat the road miles quicker. I really hope a new owner will be able to have some of the experiences I have as the Pinzgauer has a lot of usable life in it.

I must also thank all on this forum for the support and knowledge base that has made ownership much more than it would be without. I hope as my years of experience with the truck grew I was able to contribute as much as benefit from the forum.

Photographs from the "Nordic Tour" expedition are currently being sorted and edited and I will update on the trip thread very soon, and yes miss scottishpinz was there too!

I will also add some pictures here of the truck for sale once I have them prepared.

So I have a military vehicle show this weekend, possibly my last with the truck, but got it all clean and ready:

My Pinzgauer has been sold to a geo-science Project on the Isle of Harris here in Scotland. It will be put back to use carrying radios, computer and survey equipment to remote locations.

Your ad was great - I liked how you added more and more photos to enhance it but also bump it up without just saying 'bump'
