Hi all,
Just a link to a short video I put together of a recent trip I made in my 712 upto Northern Tasmania. A 2 day trip through some of the best scenery and tracks in this State. The track has something of a reputation, but the Pinz handled it all (well most of it) with ease!

So with the dual rear spare tires - do they lift up with a rear hatch or swing out? Been considering that idea for a couple of years...

Hey Ian - some of the scenery in that vid of yours looks like it could have been straight out of the movie "Deliverance".

Did I spot one of those two headed Tasmanians who is married to his sister hiding behind a tree. Us people from the mainland keep on hearing about them but have not seen one filmed before.

A great vid and thanks for putting it up - oh and for the non Aussies - while Tasmanians might be a bit weird they do not actually have two heads.

Haf-e, the spare wheels hinge out from the LHS on a couple of heavy duty hinge pins I made. Far too heavy to lift up with the rear door. Seems to be working well, been on there for several years now on some rough roads and all good. Hate to think what it all weighs, I sometimes have a couple of mountain bikes hanging off there too!!
