Here's the commentary: :)
Wow, what an event! This was my first Mogfest, but I'll be back for sure. I really want to thank a couple of people who helped me get to enjoy the event.

Jim LaGuardia: You are a maniac. Howling at the wind with a margarita in hand, he not only helped me by bringing two limiting straps with him, he worked till after midnight on Friday night helping to fab a 3rd strap after finding out I don't know how to count. Jim also helped by showing me some of the more "interesting" lines to take when wheeling a Pinz.

Bernhard: Donated the strap portion of our fabbed strap. Betwen you and Jim, I got to finally wheel the Pinz! Also managed to be loud enough on Saturday night that we could find our way to extra "refreshments"!

David Dunn: Whoo hoo, I have a tinted windshield that I can see through! Sorry we missed the eggs!

Morris: Encouraged me to go and showed me how quickly you can cover body carnage with a can of Krylon. ;)

Andre, Randy, Alex, Mike, Mark, Scott, John, Kai, Alan, OMG, I met so many people this weekend, that I can't remember them all. Everyone I met was great, and I can't wait to do this next year. Please enjoy the photos and videos.

BTW, Nathan had a great 8th birthday, thank you all!

Great pics Michael, almost like I was there. My thanks to the tire changing crew that got me going on the trail so fast after the debeading.
My thanks to you for the loan of the spare to get back to SD. Was very comforting insurance.

I looked for you when we were leaving but did not see you. We had taken a walk up to the ghost town after we packed up, then headed out after roaming around to say goodbys.

I still have to unload everything and put it all away for the next trip to ???

I did see my old mog for sale in Big Bear. Guess the man changed his mind about keeping it. The shop owner said it has been sitting there for 3 months, has a big price tag on it, don't think he will get it. I wish him luck. Might help if he had not removed the winch.

Cheers,
Morris

I brought my GPS and mapped the Saturday trails we went on. For anyone interested follow the link below. You can overlay it on a satellite map and zoom in and out.

Hey Jim...feel free to include my snaps with yours. I'm not too savvy on uploading multiple pics at one time.

Great photos and some really nice trucks. Looks like lots of fun even if there weren't any Volvo's.

Hey AK,

Man, you are on one long journey! I thought driving my 710M 1300 miles in three days was a long trip! Steady and smooth, keep on driving man!
Good luck with it and may you make it with no major break downs.

KIWIBRU-
LAST MINUTE I ENDED UP PUTTING THE PINZ ON A TRAILER AND ONE B-I-L IN COLO. AND I HAULED IT TO ROCKY MTN. HOUSE, ALBERTA to another b-i-l's THEN YESTERDAY THAT B-I-L HAULED IT TO DAWSON CREEK, B.C. ( TO HIS SON'S AND SAVED US 800 MILES OF DRIVING) AND WED. WHEN I GET OFF WORK MY SON WILL PICK ME UP @ AIRPORT IN ANCHORage and we are driving 30+ hrs each way 3500 mile trip we will be towing it home. since my vent for aux. heater never arrived before i left. so i did not get it installed. i decided i did not want to drive cold for 7-9 days. i've traveled the alcan in dec and had two days of -44 temps.....not fun in a vehicle that has good heater. BUT MY PINZ SHOULD BE IN MY DRIVEWAY IN A WEEK.....YEA :D
