Hello to all,
Time has come for the annual reminder about Northwest MogFest. This is our ninth event and it keeps growing steadily. The dates for NWMF08 are August 14th-17th. While it originally began as an Unimog-centric event, it has been expanded to include Pinzgauers, Haflingers, Volvo Valp and 4x4/6x6 C-series, VW Syncros/Iltis and anything of European ancestry. This year, we anticipate more Series/Defender Land Rovers as well as an FC101. One owner plans to bring his Tatra 813 8x8 and there are likely going to be a dozen 2WD Ural motorcycles added to the mix.
We continue to add new activities each year and 2008 is no exception. Also of note is that the MVPA is holding their 2008 convention in Portland, Oregon that same weekend. Negotiations are in the works to allow NWMF08 attendees into the MVPA convention at no charge.
