Sorry. Was just being lazy. I've just Googled it. It's down in Kent which is a fair old hike from Ayrshire.

Not being on MP's expenses or working for the BBC, I think I'll pass on this one.

LOL = at least you don't need to get a ferry to start the trip! It'll be a bit of a long haul for us too.... but should be fun.

Gentlemen, see you there, I'll be there from Wednesday morning until Sunday evening.

http://www.thewarandpeaceshow.com/

http://www.warandpeaceshow.co.uk/Show-I ... nment.html

I'll be in the Ginger Gammon Tent, quite a lot ;0) until late on all 5 days of the show. Exhibitors and campers can enjoy the sounds of Counterfeit Notes, The Oz, Maxwell, Hammer and Smith and Lucky Strike during the evenings.

Around 3,500 vehicles, but, look for the Kent Flag, (white horse on a red background)

Regard's

Great show, and great to catch up with some fellow Pinz owners in the UK (always good to put faces to names).

Think we spotted less than a dozen Pinzes - which out of 3500 odd military vehicles probably makes them reasonably rare in UK terms! I think there were more Ferrets than Pinzes!

If we attend next year we should try get a bit more organised and grab a spot in one of the main fields and park up together?

This was our first camping expedition in the 712, which was great fun and the alumafoil insulation in the canvas back worked out well! :D The 300 mile run back to the ferry on Sunday was a bit slow and noisey, but not unexpected... and the Pinz didn't miss a beat all holiday. 8)
