What did you hook the hammock to.... something on the door? Great photos.

I was going to ask that too - looks like it is floating!
Great photos - amazing scenery and cool how you were on barren rock, woods and then green fields.
Some of the pics with trucks in them are set for my screen saver!

I spend a lot of time in my truck. I have a lot of little creature comforts that some would find ridiculous but then they don't spend the time out with their trucks like I do (18 nights so far this year). The Hammock attaches to some brackets I made which also double as table supports or the hammock and the table when I want to lay back and enjoy a movie on the flat screen.
Picture #1 is the table on its supports or the table can be on the back two supports but the front ones work well for access to the fridge just inside the gull wing window panel.
Picture #2 is the hammock support (another goes in the front holder)
Picture #3 shows the location of all 4 brackets.

For those who like adventure we will be doing this trail again. This trail is not for the Sunday pinz driver. It will test your abilities to drive and look out the side windows at the views at the same time. Not only a little technical but the views were spectacular. the pics just don't do the depths of the canyons justice. There was lots of places we need to go see and climbing the "Rug" portion of the trail should prove to be a lot more interesting then descending it.
