Haflinger engine ?

Hello

I am looking to find this engine with number : 5365245
It should come from a " 71 pathfinder.
If someone knows something about this one let me know.

In order to try and find an engine which you think should be the "original" engine for a Haflinger, you will have to try and find out its history. The original engine was probably swapped out when it became faulty. If it was done under warranty then it might have been reconditioned and put into another haflinger, but it is unlikely you will find it now.
If it was done by a previous owner then they may have kept it, but equally it could have been scrapped by them when they sold on the Haflinger.

I really hope you find it...

Well it is a pathfinder....so the engine should be in the us somewhere? :roll:

For now its going to get a fresh new build TR engine so lets see what the diference is :mrgreen:

Not necessarily - Pathfinders were sold in other countries - including here in Australia. The Australian Capital Territory Government used them as small street washers and street sweepers.

While there are not a lot here, they are around and come up for sale occasionally.

So we are looking to find some more information on this pathfinder...dous annyone know something about it or do you perhaps know who build it like it is now ?
