My sweetheart bought this for me for Christmas-



It's an engine hand crank for a Haflinger, something similar to what was used to start a Model T 100 years ago.



Here's what it looks like when ready for use.

Very nice accessory, do be careful. My series III Landrover had one of those. Learned the hard way how not to use it, wish I’d learned how to use it properly before pulling my back out.

Very usefull for turning the engine to check the points, but I never managed to start one on the handle even when I had a brand new Haf in the 70s
