Twisted just a little too hard - Weber 32ics accelerator pum

Hello -

After going through some hard times and letting the Haffy sit a few years, I decided to wake it up. Drained the fuel and cleaned the carb and when I was putting the accelerator pump nozzle back on I broke the screw/jet. Does anyone know where I can get one?

Thank you,

Mark

I am sure one of the European suppliers will have one. How about this one?

Thank you John. I did try them but I didn't see the part. I do have a parts list for HT but I can't find my parts book so I'm not sure of its name or part number.

Thanks again
Mark

My parts book only has Zenith NDIX 32 part numbers in it and I don't see a part that matches your broken one I'm afraid. Hopefully someone else has a a part number for you.

I am sure one of the European supplies has these as getting small things made in brass on a CNC lather is not as expensive as having castings or gears made, so they can be bothered to get them made.

Please add location to your profile to be directed to closest resources. If all else fails, give Dale at Haflingertechnik in Scotland a call for your nozzle screw/check valve.

What year/model is your Haflinger? If you ever want a nice easy scenic Haflinger trail ride, I am 5 min from very nice trails.

That sounds good Jim. It's a '67 Swiss troop. I put magnesium Fiat wheels with snow tires. They work so well off road I decided to leave them on.

I'm going to add the pertronix once I get it running again. I'm also looking for a synchro set 1st and 2nd are pretty bad.

I'm not too far from you. Would love to get in on a trail ride!

The part is called a "pump pressure valve" in the repair manual. The part number only exists in early part catalogs, Pre 1970.

Thanks Jim. I emailed Haflinger Technik that description. I need a float too, so hope they have one.

Thanks again
