for you guys who have a winch mounted in front of the grill,, doesnt make any restriction on airflow for cooling??? any difference??

No noticeable difference on my 710M. I have a winch from Andre (Fat Fabrications) and a WARN XD9000 winch.

If you search you should be able to find older posts on this.
Conclusion was it makes no difference in cooling

No difference. Air is also pulled in from the bottom of the engine area. I had my 710 M running in the desert of SoCal and Death Valley where it was so hot that touching the metal body would burn your skin...115 deg F easy for air temp. No issue with winch in front.
