Hello all,
I may be picking up a 710K next weekend and trailering it home. This is my first one so I would like to know the best way to anchor vehicle on trailer. I have done quite a bit of trailer hauling with some large loads. However any advice would be helpful...what to avoid etc. Learning the hard way is expensive and time consuming! lol
When I have moved Unimogs I found it very useful to use the frame tubes which are hollow to run chain through. Last thing you want to do on the mog is anchor to your axle as you have the potential to destroy brake lines etc.
Thanks much...
K.

Re: 710K Transport
You can search towing for some good advice
Don't use front pin
You can use soft axle straps around the axles
They will fit between the axles and brake lines if you take your time

If you want to minimize the risk of your Pinz'y tacking "flight", make sure you
have your truck lashed down so that the springs are under some degree of
compression and you don't have the opportunity for bouncy situation.
