I hate to say it... Im bored with my 712m

Post by audiocontr »

Life changes. Two really young kids now. Married, new life in Michigan. Company cars out the wazoo. I rarely drive my pinz any longer. Honestly, if I drive it 6x a year I'd be surprised.

I drive the haflingers more

Has anyone else gone through this lull? Does the thrill come back later?

Having the same problem with my two 710M's. The '89 Puch G is lots of fun to drive so it's getting used more often. Plus got a Class C RV this year so that got a lot of attention which of course took time away from other things.

Life is a constant sea of changes. Much of the fun with the Pinz's for me was fixing them and customizing to my taste. Once done I look for other challenges. I have no intent to sell the 710M's (well, maybe one) but I'm also always looking for what's next. Fortunately I'm married to an understanding wife.

Amen to the understanding wife. I get lulls, also. but its nice to keep around. I would Love a 712, that being said, a 716 is the goal. Il'd say not to make quick decision. A lot of time, love and effort went into your project. My wife is too sick to get in anymore. She also cant ride the Ural, either. But she got really upset when I mentioned selling either one. I want my Pinz to be my hearse when its time.

I will accept any rejected Pinz and take care of it indefinitely.

A Pinzgauer sitting service! Or perhaps a feral Pinzgauer rescue and sanctuary center?
