Hi from France

Hello everybody

I live in south of France. I'm the happy owner of a Land Rover Defender 110 300 TDI, and i'm looking for a little 4x4, very simple and that can go anywhere.

I'm restoring an old house, far from everything. I need to transport materials on rugged and rocky paths that are very narrow. Even the smallest of the unimogs will not be able to pass on very narrow paths to reach my building site.

The "tool side" of the Haflinger is very interesting for me. It's the reason why I'm looking for a 703 AP equipped with a PTO.

I enjoyed reading a lot of your comments.
Other French are present on this forum?

Greetings from the south of France

Welcome to the forum...

You might want to hook up with the Pinzgauer France forum http://www.pinzgauer.fr/
as well. I'm betting some on this forum have Hafie's and may know of for sale opportunities.

P.S. if a defender or Pinz can't make it up your road that ain't a road it a walking path

Thank you rmel and Vladimir for your replies,

The next time I go, I will take pictures of the narrowest places. Apart from using dynamite, I would can not widen the path ...
It is a very old road that was used at the beginning of the last century by peasants with carts pulled by oxen.

Now, I just need to find a Haflinger...

Vladimir, where did you live in France ?

Regards
Lionel
