Just saw these new (to me) contenders for upgrading headlights. $139 each. 9-32v range. DOT approved. For the price I doubt they are as good as the JW Speaker evo2's but those are way higher, about $350 each!

I like the classic/font logo in the middle. Grote is a very well established light supplier and a very old US company with a ton of firsts in the industry. Check out many military vehicles, buses and firetrucks and you are likely to see their lights somewhere on it.

If true, that highbeam comparison on this data sheet is insane! (insanely good)

Whats the color temp on these?
All I can find is "like sunlight" on the info page

I think the GE units are rebranded Trucklite 27270C which are available for much less than the GEs. I have the Trucklites on one of my 710M's and I like them.

And to add to the above, I've recently read that the Grote's are rebranded Maxxima lights which aren't thought to be in the same quality bracket as the Trucklights or JW's.
