I’m not sure if these may be of interest. Attached is some of the details on Pinz production and what country they ended up in. It includes the later ACL Pinz variations as well. Apologies for the quality

Very interesting! It looks like the Swiss bought the majority until 1982. I wonder about the condition of those in Saudi Arabia and Oman, since they were in a dry climate.

The pre-rebuild pictures of what I’ve seen coming out of Oman look BEAT UP. Salty air sucks for sure but that sand looks like it gets friggin everywhere and I can just hear it grinding metal away in places it shouldn’t be.

And they had problems with hi/lo cases getting overheated :x
