New Espar heater question

It's been a while since I was around a newer style Espar heater. This seems like a great deal. Wondering what else is needed to make this one work? Control/thermostat unit, fuel tank, and.... ?

Although maybe its an outdated idea since tons of guys are going to the Chinese versions due to the price, which is hard to ignore. We discussed it some in another thread. Reviews have some age on them now and I'm surprised how many people like them. Most poor reviews seem to be more about bad instructions or an LCD panel not working right, instead of bad heating performance or any signs or leaks/smells which is what I assumed might happen when they came out.
