Hi All,

Has anyone spoken to anyone at EI recently? I have left emails and voicemails without any response from them. Are they on vacation or something?

I was up there a few weeks ago and all was cool. Best bet is open a "Support Ticket" if you have a open question.

I ordered from them Thursday night and it shipped out Friday.

Hi Chad,

I have 1 voicemail from you on April 30th asking about 404 parts. Not finding any emails or tickets? Ticket #?

You've got about 40 VM's in front of you. Hopefully can get to it on Monday. Ticket system would probably be a lot faster and is how we track correspondence/order questions. VM's and repeated auto dialing the phone certainly not the best way to get in touch. You call me, don't get thru. I call back, don't get thru., etc.,etc.

With a ticket I can link to the products right in the ticket.

Thank you for the reply! Here is my ticket number from April 1. It is kinda strange. Because the below showed up in my email box. But when I go to my account on your site and look for a ticket. Nothing shows up.

You mean Wednesday afternoon MAY 1st, correct.....? (1 of our Business Days ago as we are closed on Friday.)

I do have that ticket, in fact was working on it this morning, not realizing that was you......
