Looking for a cable coiler reeler

I really need a collapsible coiler/winder/reeler USED. I can only find new ones but they want $400-700 for them! 
I definitely can't afford that so Im searching for a used one. I looked everywhere I can imagine from ebay to Clist to gov auction sites. Hardware stores often have them so Ive been looking at store liquidation sites too but nothing so far. If anyone has a lead, or your local Lowe's store is closing down, please let me know!
They look like this and have a 12" ID (or that's the inner diameter of the cable roll when you are done)
