Weird winch mount
Just saw this 710 posted for sale and was curious how this mount could possibly work (and why on earth do it this way??) The forces on that hitch/bumper connection would be enough to twist everything under even a medium load. The owner might want to rethink this whole idea.

Re: Weird winch mount
Looks like this may be a pair of hitch mounts in a Y configuration.
Top one angles the winch back toward the chassis possibly only
for transport. The lower one for pulling and located just above
the Pin -- which seems "sacrificed" for this set-up. Perhaps? Maybe?
Otherwise a bad idea.

Re: Weird winch mount
Yes i think its stored in this position when driving and when they need to winch its mounted in the lower ( horizontal ) mount......if they would winch in this position....well i think you can do that only once
What i dont understand is....why dit they weld this mount on the original mount ..i mean it would be better to just make a adapter to put it in the original recievermount so you could still take the winch off and put it in the back and slide it in when needed ??????
