No big deal except the guy believes that they only appear to exist in Coronado, CA. Local exposure, watch the prices climb.

I was amazed when I learned that I may live in Coronado. My house is worth so much more now.

and in the article they are liquidating 65,000 Pinzgauers. I wish that was true. I think they added an extra zero.
