Those the neighbors kids? Don't look much like either one of ya. Just kidding, Merry Christmas to you too. Pretty neat old car and the house from 1919 is cool too. I've been in a couple similar ones on what was once part of the King Ranch and in their day they must have been palaces.

It would be a mery christmas if JR and I were on the ranch doing some wheeling with you. I am sure by now the ducks and geese have invaded the pond.

You and JR have waited too long! The geese have already come through, but there are a few ducks still swimming around. Come by anytime you get up this direction. Hope you and your family have a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year!
