Tuffy overhead consoles

I am thinking of getting an overhead console. I looked up the Tuffys through a post. I see they have 3 different consoles. Which is best? Are they easy to install? Those of you who have one, do you like them.

I see one of them is 4" thick. I' m ducking mky head now, will my head bounce off of it??
