It will be inclosed with a window in it. I am just moving the window from the back door to the back wall. This will make a small truck bed. Then I will put the rack over that.

The rack has a suburban rear seat on it. I am having the whole thing sprayed green with bed liner on the out side and black on the inside taking the rear seats out and putting a van seat in their place so it will fold down to take a nap or sleep at night.

sounds really cool, look forward to seeing the final project. It is always neat when someone mods their truck in a way to suite their needs and it works out for them.

Looks good Shawn. Can't wait to see the finished product!
I found a prairedog town about 20 miles east of me. It is a pretty good sized one. Just curious--do you set up a table and sit in the same spot, or do you drive around?

You opened yours up,and I closed mine in!  Gonna look and work good, esp w/real doors in back. I found a sliding rear window for a early 90's Ranger that fits well demensionwise and the slider offers some x-tra ventelation.

There's a reference pic. (You'll love the ride a lot more when you get rid of those tires Shawn)

Lots of opinions are out there but if money isn't an object, 255/85 MT BFG's are probably the best off-road centric tire you could get for a Pinz. I love the Wranglers on my Volvo more than any tire I've ever seen but I dont think they make them in a Pinz size (the Volvo uses a larger, 315/75)

If you drive on the road most of the time, as most do, a good all-terrain is a better buy in the long run. They will last longer, handle the road/rain/snow better and don't make the MT noise. The Pinz has a lot of traction with its lockers, when used correctly, so that basically anyone can easily get by in an all-terrain.

Those old stock tires are horrible in all ways short of strict farm use. They are bias ply and the tread technology is from the 60's. Dangerous for road use actually.
