New colors and other changes?

I've lost the color changes in the little "bell" icons to the left of the subject headers indicating new posts on the forum.
Is this just my computer, or a change to go with the new colors?

That isn't because you aren't logged in? I noticed that a few days earlier, but I thought it cleared up when I logged in.
