That was 2 axle drive housings that broke at the sheer pin(rt front, rt center) when the tires contacted the body.

That would be an obvious yes :roll: Of note, the trail conditions were brutal and the Truck was very heavy. A lighter truck may have made it with the same tires. Load always plays in as a factor in these types of failures.

Thanks for the details... sounds obvious indeed (especially now that you confirmed :roll: ), but I tend to remain cautious in my questions. You know the Mark Twain quote: t's better to stay silent and look a fool, rather than speak and remove all doubt! :D
