:) I've had a few VW campers and go to quite a few VW shows , I've been in one and thought it was quite a good idea :)

Don't see why this concept couldn't be adapted to a Pinz. This may have to be my next project in 5 years or so. :lol:

Yep, great idea, very clever.
I saw it some time ago and I had thought about adapting it for the 718 rebuild, but in the end decided to stick with the K "targa roof" design I'm working on.

I quite like the idea of this one below and think that it would work really well on a Pinzgauer if you were to build an alloy box body , the roof and one side lifts up to make an upstairs bedroom
