bit of TLC

Post by ScottishPinz »

Got a bit of preventative work done on my Pinzgauer in the hope of it lasting many more years. Oil replaced in portals, gearboxes and diffs, hydraulic fluid flushed and changed in clutch, brakes and lockers. A couple of seals, one in the transfer box and one hub repaired and a "new to me" heat exchanger fitted while work is carried out by Haflinger Technik developing a pattern part (hopefully in stainless steel). All work was carried out by Haflinger Technik here in Scotland.

I also intend to sort the few wee rust bubbles that have appeared, repaint the truck and tidy the inside. New tyres are also going on (see separate thread)

The Pinzgauer has taken me on some amazing journeys and I'm looking forward to the adventures ahead.....
