A drivetrain in a workshop is the furthest from being neglected

Though this isn’t what you imagine when you say “neglected” but fits the definition perfectly.

Only 262 miles from new, and left in a back field of a 220 acre fenced facility in south Texas for over 10 years.

Doesn't look too bad in the rain
Neglected - not sure about that
Abandoned - for sure :)

It wouldn't have mattered. As it was, they were looking for one source to liqidate their inventory (R&D, experimental..etc..) that preserve the S&S/BAE trucks and not for scrap. I was fortunate, because of my work on the FDT and discussions of some of my other vehicles and knowledge, they felt I would make for a good home for their Pinzgauer (which required extra bookkeeping and internal cost to them). 32 other FMTVs went to a (MV) movie prop company

Well this one doesn't look that bad but was still neglected. It was sitting in the rain for 25 years before we picked it up.
THE 712K Prototype.

And before someone asks. No, my 718K is not neglected!

An interesting 712. The hoops look like as if they were from a “M”. Did it have a hard roof, or fabric?

Is the trailer a “continental” version of a Ifor Williams? I love those bed over tire design with the tiny tires. I’d have one in a heartbeat ( or build my own) if there were any DOT approved small tires with a heavy capacity available here., I’ve been looking for 10 years.. The best I've found would only net a 2500kg gross trailer, not enough for the trailer and cat.
My Supacat would look sweet on one behind my 718. I would really drive the people crazy at the British car shows trying to figure them both out.

This is still open as they are hard to find out there
I have only used 2 stamps to mail some letters so far

Found this one today (photo is interesting as it almost looks like the tree is growing up through the Pinz and out the white circle on the roof - due to the angle of the photo and the item in the background which I think is a white camper!)

I also vote for the red Pinz, especially since it's sitting almost on the beach.

I don't think it is and if others think that it is I would like to delete my post and feel you should delete the pic you posted.
I do see how you could think that and I am not trying to be rude - I just know that for some that is not a nice symbol/flag

Edit: I have deleted the picture I posted - better safe than sorry
