New Pinz!

Post by kdiqq »

My new-to-me '78 710M rolls in to Houston tomorrow and I'm elated and had to share. It's the Austrian one that Scott has been showing off the windows on! Which I have to give a shameless plug about Scott. This has been in the works since about June 1st and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Scott helped me through all the hiccups and was extremely communicative and even gave me a screaming deal on a diesel heater. If you're going to be buying a Pinz, Scott's the best to deal with period.

Looking forward to loads of tinkering, modding, and adventures.

Congrats.

Always good to have another Pinzgauer in Texas.

I agree. We need more Pinzgauers in Texas. Congrats on the Pinz!

No, I am 4 hours away in central Texas.

But if two or more Pingauers are gathering in Texas, I'll make a special effort to show up.

We all seem to be pretty spread out, do a search though, I remember a couple of people around the Houston area.

Two Pinzgauers, a Volvo, and 2 Unimogs here at my house, but I guess I'm still geographically undesirable.

Well once I get this rear diff (and tires) squared away, I will be making a trip to get a bumper from you. So eventually we will be forced to meet up haha

Andre, Are you Kidding? You are so close to Barnwell Mt you should be the rally point for any adventure. ...wait. Make that EVERY adventure.

We should plan an off road trip to Barnwell and get the Houston guys to come up to Mt Pleasant. It'll be fun.
