Austrian K question

I have only seen these bolts behind the passenger doors on some Austrian 710K and 712K's.

Anyone know what they are/were for?

I still have not been able to determine what these are for.

Sorry don't know the answer but I suspect they hold something on the inside rather than outside

I check and the bolts just go through the skin and into nothing on the inside. It is strange as one of the photos happens to be mine and the other side is another Austrian 710K (not mine, but mine is the same).

Still scratching my head.

DJW: I have an Austrian parts book, I looked in group 27-05 and it shows the LH panel #85, part# 7131751731 or 7141752551, the panel in the top sketch shows the 4 holes and calls out the hardware for the holes. But I cannot find anything that looks like it attaches there. I think we need one of the owners from across the pond to let us know what went there.

Thanks, that is helpful. A while back I did send a note to Richard (wrangler0511) in Vienna, who has been able to sort out some unsolvable puzzles on the Austrian model.
