Re: LED headlights
They should according to the data sheet. They are identical to a set of Trucklite LED headlights I have on my '73 710M. Very easy to install and they provide a nice even white light.

Re: LED headlights
The TruckLite units are also re-branded and sold as GE Nighthawk at a much higher price. The Peterson and TruckLite units are very close in price - $350-360/pair.

Re: LED headlights
I have the same questions, which model number do you guys suggest? And where do you find the price and how can you order them? The link merely give you about three options with pic but no prices nor a link to them. I really need to upgrade my headlights as driving at night with those dim yellow headlights is a tad bit dangerous for my blind self

Re: LED headlights
these are the same, just get rid of the adapter bucket for the M35a and they work on the pinz for the right price.

Re: LED headlights
Those ones are the older first generation LED trucklites - the second generator looks more like a regular lamp and has a better light pattern I am told (I have the first gen myself and was not completely impressed).
The first gens also don't fit into the NA haflinger with the guard bars installed - but I think its likely the second gen one would. The second gen also is 12&24 vdc while the first gen were 24 or 12 vdc as separate models.

Re: LED headlights
I just did this upgrade last weekend. Went with the TruckLite's mentioned in this thread. What a difference! Plug and play too, I wish all mods were that easy.

Re: LED headlights
LED light upgrades? Don't be stoopid. Upgrading a Pinzgauer, or even starting a thread about upgrading a Pinzgauer, will offend too many folks here on the forum.
But seriously, good thread, useful info.

Re: LED headlights
Did you get the new version or the older version (one or two emitters in the new compared to 8 or 10 emitters in the old)? I have the older style, and I feel that they don't actually make as much light as the 70W halogen bulbs I had in the stock reflectors did. But the LED lights control where the light goes much better, so they are similar in performance during use. They use less current and have that nice white color temperature. I've heard that the new style is better still, but I haven't gotten the courage to plunk down $3-400 to try them yet.Went with the TruckLite's mentioned in this thread.

Re: LED headlights
I went with the new style (27270C), total investment was just under 400.00 USD. So far so good, as you mentioned the low current draw is a plus. As is the nice white beam. The brights are something to behold. I'm still fiddling with the aiming, but I'm very happy with them.
