what have you done to your truck to require the rear suspension to be lifted? It is usually just the opposite.

A good truck spring shop should be able to make and install a helper spring to the rear leaf spring set-up. Only raising the truck will not increase load handling capabilities. Overloaded springs are more likely to break. A helper or extra leaf should solve your problem. It may be also worth having the truck weighed to ensure you are not exceeding its recommended GVW.

Good luck.

I'd tend to agree with Clive. The only time I even got the rear axles horizontal was when my truck was loaded down with oak planks, and it wasn't particularly low in the rear end. How heavy is the truck, gross?

Look how the tires are setting on the ground, if loaded and the axles are parallel with the ground, that is where you want them. The tires are where they make full contact and even wear. The nose being high might be from your load being too far back or the front springs being too high of capacity for the load balance.

If you have a negative angle to the rear axle camber, check that you don't have a broken spring pack or you are overloaded.

My 718K sits a bit nose high empty. But is basically new and untarnished.

like David Dunn says... my front axle has positive camber, while my rear axles are almost zero camber or a Little positive but no negative camber at the back,,,,its 1 1/2 inch difference in height front to back.... :?: :?: Image

I would not touch the back.
Look under the front at the pin under the front springs, those are available in shorter lengths to level the ride.
Other choices are different (lighter) springs to bring the nose down , IF it really bothers you.

Personally, I'd throw the passengers that will be in it to see if the front settles a little more and see how it rides. Plus all the gear you'll be carrying. Ultimately, it how the truck performs and handles that matters.
I don't know how much and where your gear is, but moving heavier gear forward may help to put more weight on the front axle (but doubt it would be much).

I also just notice you have dual tanks, fill them both, that is more weight towards the front.

I think that you'll be liking new shocks over playing with the suspension. And if anyone notices the "nose up", tell them your Pinz is a proud girl and thinks she better than anyone else.

Very pretty truck.

These are 2 pics of GG from the side.
In the first pic, the drawbar of the canon had very little weight on the pintle , and didn't change the rake of the truck.
And for some reason, in the 2nd pic, it looks "nose down". :?

Drive your truck and enjoy it.... no one can measure a 1 1/2" difference front to rear at 25mph.
