A word of caution!
For anyone who has the Klugewerks kit but hasn't fitted yet, I had an issue today with what seems like 4 incorrect adapters (m12-3an) it's the adaptor that goes between the stock flexi hose and the new stainless flexi (rear) or T piece (front) on mine the concave side on the M12 side is too big and leaks, as Christopher is MIA I'm unable to contact him so I don't know if this is a error specific to my kit or if anyone else out there has the same issue.
I couldn't stop the 4 leaks so I stripped the plumbing and used a sharpie to mark the inside of the suspect concave then I tighten it back onto the flexi, removed it again and for sure there was no contact between the inside flare of the hose and the invert of the adapter, I'm gonna try and source 4 new parts and will post the source if anyone has the same issue.

Thanks for the heads up - still sorting parts on my end but will take a look this weekend at these connectors/adaptors!

I too found the fittings to be leaking at first but.... in looking at the original rubber line vs the new steel lines and their adapters..... it looks like the adapters are not as long as the fittings on the original lines where they thread into the original rubber lines. I found using a pipe dope type sealant and really cranking down on the fitting got them to seal.
Since my original install 2800 kilometers ago all has been well!

Yeah I'm using mine with some high pressure PTFE paste at the moment, I've found some adapters on amazon that look like they will do the job, I'll let you know if they work!

I just got a set of the klugewerk steel wheels back from the powdercoaters, but a handling issie that turned out to be ok has me thinking. If i need a replacement wheel will i be able to source one? I got 5 but would like a second spare. Does anyone know who is the manufacturer of those wheels ?

Maybe just going w the sprinter or transit wheels would be a smarter move.

Chris has these wheels custom made. They are heavy -- no?

The box and the wheel weighs 45lbs. Its on a bathroom scale so take that for what its worth.

Do you know who made them for Chris?

No I don’t know who built these wheels. Other than a PM exchange with Chris he mentioned to me he had a local fabricator build then to his spec.

I have the same concern with the rotors, while mine are still new with hopefully years of service what if one warps? I’d really like to know where Chris had them made and possibly keep a couple of spares in stock

I would really like to know what happened to Chris!
Does anyone have any clue, does anyone live near him?
He was a big part of this community and working on many projects with various members (beyond just the disc brakes) - I just find it shocking that he has stopped
contributing and replying, I feel something else is going on beyond the rumors of him being "out of the country"
Anyways, I guess we may never know unless someone knows him personally.

I know him personally and have texted him several times recently with no response. Last I heard from him was mid June (I went over to his place and we did some work on my wiper motor). I’m definitely concerned..
