New to me 710m

Build projects, things that guys have come up with to make a Pinz better (or worse?) and aftermarket add-ons.

New to me 710m

Post by Daly944 »

Arrived last week from Swiss Army Vehicles. Willy and Sarah were great to do business with and Willy installed some accessories before it shipped (LED tails, tachometer, electronic ignition, door inserts, etc.).

Now after a bit of cleanup and some paint/accessories, here's how it looks.

Nice!
What’s the light bar you have mounted to the divider?

Just an observation... those front entry hoops look like an accident waiting to happen out on the trail (body damage)
Cheers and congrats

Thank you. I yanked the hoops off today, agree that they were an offroading hazard (plus they look better without them).

The lights are LED battery powered lights made for gun safes: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079N ... UTF8&psc=1 . Pretty long battery life and each of the 3 leds can be aimed like vents on an airplane. Cheaper/simpler than wiring up some cabin lighting.

I believe I saw your 710m in Willie's shop wnen I picked up my 712amb. He used it to show where to install the reverse sender. Turns out mine has the sender already but the previous owner disconnected it and reverted to stock lighting (probably an authenticity restoration).
