Kelvin,
Sorry, no. I sold that a while back. I may have another in my spares and will take a look. I'll let you know if I find anything.

In recollection of a conversion I did 19 years ago on my 710 and 712 and before SAV had written instructions...

This is for Swiss Pinzes only, as Austrian trucks are different.

Remove the power lead going from the brake master cylinder to the column indicator switch. Under the dash, remove the pink wire from the lamp switch and connect to the master cylinder previously disconnected. At the back of the truck, the pink wire is connected to convoy (or blackout lamp) #45 on Swiss electrical diagram . That lead would now be used for your new brake lamps. OR, if you like to spend time on your back, run a new wire from under the dash to the back of the truck to power the new brake lamps.
Once the lead from the brake lamp is changed, IF you tow a trailer , you will need to add brake lamps to the trailer to match the truck's. Austrian ( or plain not Swiss  ) Pinzes are already set up for this.
.
The Trojan Horse... the 1st Pinz used to covertly carry troops into battle .
