What would it take to install seat belts in the rear for the bench seats? Would it call for reinforcing the sheet metal? What are your opinions? How much do you think it would cost?

Thinking of buying a pinz for a tour buisiness in Oklahoma. The guy at cold war reman says the one he has needs front brakes. He wants $820 for 4 shoes and 2 cylinders kits and fluid bleed with labor. It sounds really high to me. What do you guys think? I dont know anything about pinz but I am a ...
