My rear vac tank was cracked along the chasis weld. A boiler maker friend soon welded it up, fixed the problem and also stiffened up the chasis again. Then found the rubber hoses were badly perished, renewed them, now the lockers work perfectly. I unhooked the hoses at the diffs and plugged ...

Don't have anything extreme in our backyard unfortunately and truck is not registered for road.

My truck has had the chassis strengthened at the front shock mount and the rear vaccum tank has had a welding repair where the round pipe meets the chassis rail. The front shock mount was done before I owned the truck and hasn't given me any problem. The vaccum tank had been repaired also ...
