I never noticed that before in the pictures. All the tires were just fine. The tires are not skinny at all. It must be burried in the sand a couple of inches. It did smoke for about a mile after we righted it.

Ka- The key to a nice tilt is making sure you have a soft landing area. Mine was pure sand. Being close to the road helps so your friend can tilt it back up with a strap and his F-350. Don't forget the quality co-driver with a bad since of balance to tell you, "your doing great".

I can't remember the name of the company that we got it from. It was suppose to be less gloss but it came in about 40% gloss. I' am actually very happy with it. The ittems that are black are powder coated semi-gloss black. If I remember correctly the part number is BK-66. They also have a solar ...

Ka - I use Solidworks and Autocad. I lean more to Autocad because I know it better. I will work on getting more pictures available to for you to see.

Erik - I like the side holes also. Any time I can use the dimple tools. Huge fan of the dimple tool.

I don't have a powder coat booth but I'm fortunate to have a good friend with a powder coating company and I do a fair amount of work with him. These are the pictures I have available right now.

I need to do a run of just flat plates. This would mean that if you use a surface mount tail light the lights would stick out the depth of the light. I designed mine to be flush with the rear of the truck.

Guilty as charged. I have been thinking about getting out of the Pinz part business but I have received more questions and requests over the past week that I might continue and expand. I run a laser, machining, fab and engineering shop. I do the Pinz stuff to afford my Pinz habit. I really enjoy ...

Even if the can or vendor tells you its RAL-6014 it may not be perfect match. I bought 50lbs of RAL-6014 to powder coat all the panels on my 712M with and it is a bit greener than the inside cab. Still looks great though.

I'm sure it was more than 40° because it sure didn't roll very far. You can just make out the rock I was climbing on the left.

I swear I was at about 40° before it went over. I was going to back up but my buddy gave me those famous words,"It's not going to roll."

Klippan Seat Belt Lock

I wanted to find out if anyone had a source for the seat belt latch. This is the part that comes off the floor board and the buckle pushes into. The buttons on mine are broken and I am not finding them any where.

I tried to find another topic on this issue with no luck. Has anyone gone to an electric fuel pump with any luck? If you did what fuel pump do you recommend.
