This is a 'Me Too' post - I am looking forward to seeing the process and the final product. I came from baja bugs and vw buses and eventually sold my last vw (westy camper) when I realized that I haven't driven it in 2 years because the pinz was more fun... Looks like 3 or 4 will make it to Parker Wed noonish. Another one or 2 by dark. The park said that there is another off road club booked in the group area until Thursday so will play things by ear...

My Tuff River top has lasted and performed well for 6+ years of abuse in the Arizona heat and desert brush. Last year I managed to peel off a layer on the rear section and Tuff River fixed it as good as new for very minaimal costs.

Its pretty easy. The biggest problem I had when I did it was using the wrong sized drill bit - use the right size to make it cleaner.

Put the holes in the right places. Don't necessarily put the holes dead center - you want the lip of the door to hang over the outside edge, not ride on the rail ...
