Dipstick marks

Post by pinzinator »

In case anyone has ever wondered, it takes exactly 48 ounces (1.5 qts) to cover the distance between the high and low marks on the dipstick when adding oil. Unlike anything else I've owned, where the marks are 1 quart apart.

That's ironic,
I was just wondering that exact thing the other day while "topping off".
Thanks!
