What is this relay called/named?

This picture is from the SDP website in the electrical system section under the electronic flasher article. What is this relay (inboard of the flasher)called on the schematics or in plain English?

Andy,

I seem to recall that is the (#8. Lichtumschaltrelais) or light switch relay in english.
