Looking for IL Pinz owners

I am looking for IL Pinz owners who have titled thier trucks in IL.

My goal is to understand what requirements were needed to title your trucks. I spend an hour on the phone on Friday and got the old pass the call to another department game.

Most all states have private DMV Services companies. Contact one of them, they should be to do it for a nominal fee.. and save yourself some sanity.

Also, it is too easy for you to say something "wrong" in front of a gov employee and have red flags go off......then think you live in Wisconsin
